With good properties of solder resistance,excellent electrical character,high CTI, mechanical, excellent PTH hole-through, even, good humidity-resistance than paper laminate. CEM-3 can be substitute for FR-4. Widely used in the fields of monitor, switch, supersonic machine, TV, self-ballasted lamp, VCD and DVD equipments, etc.

 

Usual thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 2.0mm
Usual sizes include: 20''x 24'';30''x 36'';40''x 48''; 41''x 49'', 43'' x 49''
