FW－1040 epoxy little solvent varnish is made up of amido resin, modified alkyd, drier, accelerator, solvent, thinner, etc., this product can be stored as single component, and can be used directly.

Under room temperature, It is low-viscidity liquid, with fine penetrability to loop, the storage period is six to eight months, after mixing, it can be solidified under the condition of 120～130℃, and the solidified material with fine electric performance, mechanical performance and “three protections” performance.

In like products, FW－1040epoxy little solvent varnish has good performance, reasonable price and sufficient goods supply. And it is suitable for insulation process of different low-voltage Grade B and Grade F middle and minitype motor, electrical equipment winding.
