This series of products are made of cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin, then be dried and cured in mould under pressure with heat and machined to form a single rod. The products have good mechanical and dielectric properties, and excellent machinability. The products are suitable for long lasting gears, pinion, bearing, bushing and many structural applications with the advantages of quieter and more economical than metal parts.

The usual diameter range: From 8mm to 130mm, other special size upon request.
The standard length: 2000mm, 4000mm, 6000mm or according to customer requests.
