Phenolic Paper Laminated sheet
Type 3020, 3021 series, PFCP series etc.
Phenolic paper laminated sheet are made from electric insulating kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure.

Sheet FW-3020:
Properties: Excellent dielectric properties when submerged in oil, excellent mechanical properties for general industrial applications
Applications: All applications with high or low tension in a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil.

Sheets FW-3021series:
Sheet FW-3021
Sheet FW-3021-B is similar as Type FW-3021. But its some characteristics are lower than that of Type FW-3021.
Properties: Medium hygrometric sensitivity, Medium dielectric properties, Good mechanical properties.
Applications: All usual applications with high or low tension within a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil. Control panel plates and finished components for the electromechanical industry.

Sheets PFCP series:
Sheet PFCP201
Properties: Medium hygrometric sensitivity, Medium dielectric properties, Good mechanical properties.
Applications: All usual applications with high or low tension in a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil. Control panel plates and finished components for the electromechanical industry.

Sheet PFCP202
Properties: Excellent dielectric properties when submerged in oil, excellent mechanical properties for general industrial applications.
Applications: All applications with high or low tension in a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil.

Sheet PFCP203
Applications: Insulation pieces of all types used in electrical machinery, binding post, any type of footing foundation, base of a machine, baseboard, etc.
Sheets workable while cold under the press, punchable and mechanized for telecommunications and frequence radio, in which special electrical properties are not required.

Sheet PFCP206
Properties: Good electrical properties under humidity conditions, especially applicable for hot punching.
Applications: Suitable for mechanical and electrical applications.

Sheet PFCP207 is similar to PFCP201 but with good punching practice at lower temperature.
Properties: Medium hygrometric sensitivity, Medium dielectric properties, excellent mechanical properties, Good punching practice at lower temperature.
Applications: All usual applications with high or low tension within a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil. Control panel plates and finished components for the electromechanical industry.

Sheet PFCP308 is similar to PFCP206 but with flame retardant FV0.
Properties: Good electrical properties under humidity conditions. Especially applicable for hot punching with
Flame retardant FV0.
Applications: Suitable for mechanical and electrical applications.

Properties and Applications: Suitable for mechanical applications, primarily intended for machining.

Sheet NEMA-XX
Properties and Applications: Suitable for normal electrical applications, not recommended for punching. Excellent mechanical properties for general industrial applications.

Properties and Applications: Suitable for electrical applications, Good electrical properties in high humidity.

Sheet NEMA-XP
Properties and Applications: Good mechanical properties, primarily intended for hot punching in mechanical applications where the electrical, Properties are of secondary importance.

Properties and Applications: Primarily intended for hot punching in mechanical & electrical applications under normal relative humidity conditions.
