F-FIPER Aramid Fiber Paper
1. COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION
F-FIPER Aramid Fiber paper is made from polycondensation resin by 1,3-Phenylene diamine and m-Phthalic chloride, one part of the resin is made to chopped fiber under the process of wet spinning and cutting, another part is made to adhesive fibrid by deposition. These two kinds of fiber are mixed into pulp, then made to Aramid Fiber paper by special technical without any adhesive, filler or other pulp materials, and can be processed with or without hot press for different applications. Thermal class is H.
The molecule structure, fiber distribution and direction, and other related parameters are up or approach to the advanced level of today by European latest technical test.
Usual thickness: 0.05mm, 0.08mm
Usual width: 980mm
Annual capability: 1,000 M.T
2. PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS
With good inherent dielectric strength, mechanical tenacity, heat stability, chemical compatibility, low temperature performance, radiant and flammability resistant, in-noxious, etc. This kind of insulating paper can be used as H class insulation paper, with much advantage of low cost, it has been being widely applied in fields of transformer, motor, generator and other related equipments day by day.
